The price was fair, the energy was great, and honestly the fact that nothing major broke is a miracle I did not expect. If you've moved before, you know. There were a couple items that didn't make it on the truck - just a minor miscommunication. But what was so awesome is the boss, Alex, drove back the next day by himself and helped me load and pack the remaining items. I'm doing this move completely alone, so that gesture genuinely meant a lot and is the kind of customer service you don't forget. Everything that was disassembled got put back together correctly.
