I recently hired this moving company, and while the overall outcome was positive thanks to the crew, the coordination before the move was disappointing. The first person I spoke with, Danny, did a good job convincing me to book, but failed to follow through on key promises. He did not provide the special boxes he assured me would protect my Valentino’s art, and he even confused my moving date and time with another customer. When I tried to resolve the issue, his response was extremely disrespectful, and he was not ready to listen to or notice his mistake. Thankfully, the team that actually handled my move was excellent. Oreste, Leo, Yenier, and Pepin worked with professionalism, efficiency, and coordination. They quickly found a creative way to wrap my wall art despite not having the promised materials, and the move was completed smoothly.
